Areas of study in which art students may be interested include: design and visual communication, industrial design, design and applied arts, illustration, digital communication and media or multimedia, commercial and advertising art, desktop publishing and digital imaging design, ceramic arts or ceramics, and painting. Federal financial aid is available to many students in the form of Stafford subsidized or unsubsidized loans. Federal grants may be available as well.
